On Sunday 20 May, Anneliese completed the 25-mile Bike Oxford route in aid of Helen & Douglas House.

Helen and Douglas House offers hospice care for children and young people in Oxford, which costs £5 million a year to run. Up to 85% of the charity’s funding comes from voluntary donations.

On completing the cycle ride, Anneliese said:

“I know that Helen and Douglas House is an incredibly important place for many families in Oxford, and further afield. Helen and Douglas House has been there for families at one of the most difficult times imaginable- when a child is seriously unwell. I hope that Bike Oxford has been really successful at raising funds for Helen and Douglas House, as well as for other important local causes. It was a real challenge to get around 25 miles!”
