My staff are currently working from home, in accordance with government advice. They are still taking up casework and policy issues as normal. Please try to contact by email where you can.

If necessary, you can contact us by phone here: 01865 595 790, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9am-5pm.

Please include your full name, address, contact number and any relevant reference numbers in your email so we can help you as quickly as possible.
My office is currently receiving a very high volume of correspondence. As such, they are prioritising very urgent enquiries. You can find out more about local support available to do with coronavirus here and here.

If you are getting in touch about an issue related to the services provided by Oxford City Council or Oxfordshire County Council, including matters such as council housing, planning, street cleaning and parking, you may find that your elected local ward councillor will be best placed to assist you in the first instance. You can find out who your local councillors are here.

Please be aware that it is not within Anneliese’s remit to intervene in private disputes, such as those between neighbours, between an employer or employee and individual consumer complaints, or to intervene in outstanding legal matters, and court decisions.

Please also be aware that strict parliamentary protocol dictates that Members of Parliament may only deal with enquiries and cases on behalf of their own constituents. You can check who your local MP is here.

Please ensure all post is directed to Anneliese at the constituency office (address above) and not posted or hand delivered to the House of Commons or the advice surgery venue.
